God's saving grace caused Elder Carl Henderson to served as a faithful member of Greater Grace AOH Church where he played the bass guitar. As he grow the Lord blessed and elevated him to the following positions:  Brotherhood President, Deacon and Assistant Head Deacon under the leadership of the late Elder and Head Deacon Robert Ervin.

In 1993 accepted the call into the ministry and attended the Apostolic Overcoming Holy Church of God, Inc. Bible Seminary directed by Doctor Larnie White.

In 1994 received Ministers License during the annual Pentecostal meeting in Mobile Alabama and was elevated to the leadership role for Evangelism Ministry.

In 1997 accepted the call into pastoral ministry and examined the call for an entire year as the Lord sent confirmation. Before moving forward he counseled with his pastor Overseer Blanche Ervin and family.


In 1998 after receiving his pastor and family's blessing Cornerstone Apostolic Church, Inc. was established.

In 1999 during the Annual Pentecostal meeting Minister Carl Henderson was officially ordained an Elder by Dr. H.L Bostic of the Apostolic Original Holy Church of God, Inc.

Since then he has served several terms as the AOH National Ministerial Counsel President, Leadership Conference President, and served on the Apostolic Original Holy Church of God, Inc. executive board for over 10 years overseeing the AOH church affiliates and assisting with organizational decisions.

As an ordained Elder he taught the required course in the Apostolic Original Word Institute (AOWI) for ministers seeking Elders and Evangelist license. He currently writes quarterly lesson for the Apostolic Express publication.

Since a man can never rise above his knowledge education has been continual; attending Liberty University in Information System Management Database Cognitive and Management leadership.

As a servant, a father, brother and friend his testimony and desire is to hear the Lord say, "Well done good and faithful servant" and his family to rejoice over the life lived.
